Can accommodate 6 people and I have a baby bed on request. Everything is clean and comfortable, kitchen equipped with all accessories. It is located right in front of a large forest with playground, relaxation, zip line, football... Located 20min from the beach and 10min center Caen. The space The house has a very large living room, a separate and well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a nice bathroom, toilet and a large garage converted into a relaxation area. The house is surrounded by a pretty garden without vis-à-vis with trampoline and relaxation area. There is a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 and a baby bed if needed, and in the large living room a sofa bed 160 x 200. The house can therefore accommodate 6. It is 18min from the beach and 10min from the city center. I have arranged it as much as possible to feel at home♡. Everything is provided sheets, towels, lots of dishes... The house also has the necessities for baby umbrella bed, bathtub, highchair, games, you just have to indicate it to me to have them available. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal with a garden that is not overlooked, so you can fully enjoy it. Other things to note There is a supermarket not far away if needed, open even on Sundays, and a supermarket.
