Barmston by the Sea Yorkshire Coast

Surrounded with interesting local walks and Cycle routes. Nearby golf course. Relaxing home like environment. On site shop, bar/ restaurant (April - October) Outdoor heated pool in the summer. Children’s play area and indoor arcade. Perfect location away from the stresses of town but within easy reach of the local sea side towns. The space Newly renovated for 2024 we have a well equipped and comfortable 2 bedroom static van. With its recent upgrades it has been turned into a smaller home away from home and less like a traditional caravan. The open plan living, kitchen and dining space makes it perfect for a family living space. New comfortable 3 and 2 seater sofas in the living space with electric fire and new smart tv with Netflix and Prime. There is also an original PlayStation 1 with a selection of retro games. The kitchen has everything you’ll need, it’s well proportioned and well equipped with fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven, kettle and toaster, tassimo machine and air fryer. Along with all the cups, plates, glasses utensils and pots and pans. The main bathroom has a flat walk in shower cubicle with wet room floor, large wash basin and storage cupboard for all your toiletries with separate toilet and basin in the next room. The bathroom is decorated to a modern taste and has been equipped with discreet grab rails in and outside the shower. There is also a folding seat for the shower if required. The caravan sleeps 4 guests across its 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom with large wardrobe and storage cupboards with a double bed and dressing table, bedside lights and extra sockets and usb for all your devices. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, slightly smaller than standard beds but still big enough for adults to sleep in as well as children. The room again has built in wardrobe and storage cupboards and shares one central bedside cabinet. Please note we do not allow more guests sleeping in the living space. The caravan is for 4 guests staying only. The beds will be made ready for you on arrival and fresh towels provided for showering. All bedding and towels have been thoroughly washed between guests using non biological products at 60 degrees and without fabric softeners. Guest access So what’s at Barmston. Barmston Beach holiday park has an onsite bar and restaurant with family entertainment, outdoor swimming pool (April-October), shop, arcade centre and playground. Its location is its main attraction, it has miles of open beach for all activities. You can go crabbing in the rock pools, go for a gentle walk to the cow shed coffee shop, sunbathing, play football or water sports. There’s enough space for everyone and it’s 2 minutes walk away from the caravan. It’s located about 5 miles south of Bridlington so easily accessible from all over the country with a central location making it under an hour drive to places like Scarborough, Beverly, Hull and York. With many more places to visit near by. 2 min walk to the beach. 2 min walk to onsite bar/ restaurant/ arcade. 10 min drive to Bridlington Animal park. 10 min drive to John Bull rock factory. 10 min drive to Burton Agnes’s House. 15 min drive to Bridlington. 45 min drive to Scarborough. 45 min drive to Beverley. 1 hour drive to York. 1 hour drive to Hull. (The Deep) Other things to note Please note that there is no EV chargers on site at the moment and anyone charging an EV from a caravan is breaking park rules. The site are working to make provisions in the future. New smart Tv allows guests to log into all your favourite apps such as Netflix and Prime.
