We can accommodate up to 50 pax. The airbnb price is good only for up to 15 pax. A per pax cost will be added on head counts in excess of stated minimum pax on top of the airbnb listed price . Please send a message to know the current on-going rate for the excess pax. Our place is perfect for big groups. The space We have 6 rooms total with an attic as extra sleeping quarter. 4 of the rooms have 2 queen size beds (1 pull-out) and the 5th room has 3 bunk beds, while 1 convertible/makeshift room has 2 double beds while the attic also serves as extra sleeping quarter with mattresses. 5 of the rooms have their own toilet and hot shower installed, and a common toilet is also present in the kitchen. 22 pax can comfortably sleep in the 5 rooms, additional 4 pax in the converted/makeshift room, and the rest 20+ pax can sleep in the attic. We have a modern kitchen with 2 door fridge, 3 gas burner stove, 16-cup rice cooker, microwave, coffeemaker, electric kettle, kettle, water dispenser, bbq grill, kitchenwares and utensils good for 50 pax. We have a wide and spacious dining and sala/receiving area. There is an attic that leads to wide balconies. A front yard/garden with a shed is perfect for outdoor relaxation and bbq grilling. We also have 4 x 10 drums capacity water tanks (8,000L total). Parking garage is available and free and can fit 2 vans. Safe side street parking in front of the house is ok, too. Guest access The main entrance is on the 2nd floor and have an 18-steps stairs from street level. Ground floor unit is separate where the caretaker stays. Other things to note We do not provide personal toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo and bath towels. If you would have us provide bath towels there is a cost of 30 pesos per piece. Washing machine + drier are also available but with a usage fee per load. The house is about 4km, 10-12 min drive to Burnham Park and SM. It is accessible either via Marcos Hi-way or Kennon Road. Please be aware that there is number coding scheme in effect in Baguio City proper/downtown area (please research the coverage area). Our house is outside of that coverage. There is also a citywide noise curfew after 10pm, please refrain from making excessive noise. Smoking inside the house is prohibited.
