Guest house and event space near downtown Tramandaí. Quiet location, unique space and 3 km from downtown. The available space has a guest house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Another space with bathrooms, showers and another bedroom separate from the house. And another space for events near the pool, with a large barbecue and a lounge for socializing. The space has a beautiful dam with an island, turtle and fish. Trees and lots of garden for playing. The space The bedrooms in the house are simple, one of them has 2 single beds and a bunk bed, the second bedroom in the house has a double bed and no air conditioning. The room next to the pool has air-conditioning and can accommodate 5 people (two double beds and 1 single bed) Guest access They can use the entire property with the exception of the large front house. They can use the garden, swimming pool, weir, parking space, and the back houses and spaces. Other things to note We don't provide bed linens, towels, or soaps. The space is great for parties and events. Or just spend a fun weekend in a spacious place with lots of nature.
