Large house in the center of Brassy

Enjoy with family or friends in this 120 m2 house in the heart of the village. Brassy is a vibrant village. There is a bakery, supermarket and 2 restaurants. This is our holiday home, we have set everything up to feel good, "at home". We fell in love with this rustic house, with its old floor tiles. We are renovating it slowly, respecting its rustic charm ;-) Enjoy the holidays and the serenity of the premises. The space The house is composed on the ground floor of a large kitchen, spacious dining room and a rather cozy separate living room (with TV). Upstairs you will find 3 spacious bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with shower and bathtub. The maintained garden of more than 1000 m² will allow you to enjoy the outside both in the shade of the trees and on the terrace, not to mention the barbecue;-). Great times to share in this home. Guest access Brassy is located north of the Morvan Regional Park. About 40 min from Avallon, 1.5 hours from Dijon or Beaune. Other things to note The house is 1 km from Lake Chameçon, which remains very natural, unsupervised swimming and ideal for kayaks or canoes. Lake Settons is a 20-minute drive away, a more developed lake, with beaches and offers several activities (mountain biking, water sports etc...)
