One of three properties at Pitts Farm, situated within beautiful grounds and stunning countryside, you're sure to feel right at home. The Laurels has a bright and spacious home from home feel, and is furnished & equipped to a high standard, offering everything you should need during your stay. The space This delightful, airy lodge offers a peaceful country escape. Providing a separate fully equipped kitchen with electric oven & gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer & microwave. The Laurels boasts a comfortable living-dining room with beautiful countryside views, with access to a terrace via patio doors. Furnished with comfy sofas and a smart TV. The dining area is spacious with an oak table. The master bedroom is a sumptuous room with king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, patio doors to access the terrace, dressing table and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom boasts a king-size bed with fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes. The main bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom, complete with bath and over bath shower. The Laurels also has a private grassed garden with garden sofa & dining table. Outside, there is private parking for 1 car. Please note, this is not large enough to accommodate long wheelbase vehicles. On-site, guests will have access to 3 acres of shared grounds and a shared games room. Guest access Access to The Laurels is via the main gateway marked Pitts Farm Cottages. The driveway leads to a private parking space from which The Laurels can be accessed. Other things to note ❌Not suitable for children or infants. Over 18's Only. ℹ️One parking space is provided, (only suitable for cars). ℹ️Please let us know before booking if you require an extra space, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. ℹ️The Laurels is access by several steps. ℹ️The decking can get very hot in the summer months. PLEASE NOTE: For stays of 8 nights or more, a mandatory mid-stay clean will take place. This includes a linen and towel change and is a required part of our housekeeping routine.
