Everyone will find their rhythm and their occupation between the mini farm, indoor games, outdoor games or Escape Game. The space The gîte is located 1 hour from Paris and is composed of a large reception room of 100 m2 with fully equipped open kitchen (American fridge), 1 large table for 18 people (possibility to add a console table for another 20 people), sofas for quiet or festive evenings with friends or family, toy corner for the little ones, movie room, billiards, video projector (for business seminars), fast and stable WiFi, air conditioning and sanitary facilities for young and old. Near the reception room are the 4 bedrooms with a living room, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets and Escape Game (extra €50). Close to the gîte there is an independent studio for 2 people with bathroom and toilet (ideal for elderly people or couples without children). Outside is a hat, petanque court, volleyball court, mini-farm etc. The price is €700 per night for up to 14 people, from 15 people it is €30 per person per day/night included or €20 per person per day without the night (for babies under 2 years old it is free) + €250 sheets, towels and cleaning (€150 cleaning and optional €100 sheets and towels) For booking, we accept groups that book a minimum of 2 nights during weekends (during the week we accept one night) We have the possibility to rent you the whole estate (gîte + house: see the listing "Domaine dorimar Paradis des petits fermiers") for €1400 per day up to 28 people. From 29 people it is €30 per person per day + €500 (€300 cleaning and optional €200 sheets and towels). From April to October inclusive, groups wishing to book the entire estate are accepted on weekends In total we have 42 beds + mattresses and sofa beds. With this option you can enjoy all the activities of the estate (gym, sauna, heated pool at 30° from May to early October, mini-farm, marquee, movie theater, Escape Game €50, horse-drawn carriage ride €50 etc.) Available Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette etc. Two baby cots with real mattresses and also available as well as a high chair for baby. Music is not allowed outside, music is allowed inside with reasonable volume and with doors and windows closed. Fireworks are not allowed.
