Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place to stay. Located in a residential area of Santander a walk from the beaches of Mataleñas and the Sardinero. With garage with access from the house you don't have to worry about looking for parking (a problem in the city of Santander) and you can visit the community comfortably. The location is ideal for long walks in one of the most beautiful areas of the city, Paseo de Mataleñas, Cabo mayor lighthouse, Sardinero... The space The apartment has two bedrooms both with double bed. One of the rooms also has a study table. The apartment is spacious and bright, has a bathroom with a large shower and a kitchen with a mini terrace ideal for enjoying breakfast in the sun. The very spacious and comfortable living room with a dining table for six diners. The garage is in the same building, it is a separate carport within a community parking lot. All places are closed. Anyway, the area is white area (free) so you can park on the street if you prefer it or if the car is too wide. The apartment has a good wifi connection ideal for teleworking in the home. The garage is the fourth gate, plaza number 21. As a courtesy you can have 3 beach chairs (2 for adult and 1 children) and umbrella to have good times at the beach.
