Have fun with the whole family in this stylish accommodation. Located in a residential area of Santander, a short walk from the beaches of Mataleñas and El Sardinero. With a garage with access from the house, you won't have to worry about looking for parking (a problem in the city of Santander) and you can visit the community comfortably. The location is ideal for long walks in one of the nicest areas of the city, Paseo de Mataleñas, Cabo Mayor lighthouse, Sardinero... The space The apartment has two bedrooms, both with a double bed. One of the rooms also has a study table. The apartment is spacious and bright, has a bathroom with a large shower and a kitchen with a mini terrace ideal for enjoying breakfast in the sun. The living room is very spacious and comfortable with a dining table for six diners. The garage is in the same building, it is a separate garage inside a community parking lot. All the spaces are closed. Anyway, the area is a white zone (free) so you can park on the street if you prefer or if the car is too wide. The apartment has a good Wi-Fi connection ideal for teleworking in the home. Guest access The apartment is rented in full because the entire apartment is for the guest to enjoy to the fullest. The community has a courtyard where you can play or enjoy, it is very pleasant on sunny days ;) Other things to note To access the apartment, whether by car (to go to the garage) or on foot, it is accessed from Calle Ingenio. The garage is the fourth door, space number 21. As a courtesy, you can have 3 beach chairs (2 for adults and 1 for children) and an umbrella to spend a good time on the beach.
