You will never want to leave. The space Our newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious and beautifully decorated. Perfect for a small family, or couples, wanting a getaway or staycation. We've included many personal touches, including: - French linen - Plush bathroom towels - Beach towels for sand, surf and pool adventures - Beautiful large leather sofa - Latest 55" Kogan Smart TV with Netflix - Kogan smart TV with Netflix in master suite - Air Conditioning - Electrolux Ultimate Care Washing Machine - Hair Dryer - Nespresso Coffee Machine and Milk frother with complimentary starter pack of tea & coffee -Airfryer - Eco-friendly Bathroom, Kitchen and Laundry products - Free use of Boogie Board and Surfboard The communal pool provides a great place for kids (and adults) to cool down, alongside the beach which is a short walk away. With many restaurants and cafe's nearby, or picking up supplies from the nearby local supermarket, deli and bottle shop, cooking (or not!) becomes a breeze!! A guide is provided at the apartment with lots of local goodness. Guest access You will have full access to the whole apartment, balcony, car space and a communal pool area. Other things to note The apartment block maintains a strict NO Party and NO Smoking Policy. Please note it is an old building as many on the gold coast are. Undercover onsite car parking is provided complimentary for one vehicle (code provided to enable access prior to arrival). Car height under 2.1m NOTE: This AirBNB comfortably sleeps 4 adults ONLY. The option for a 5th person is ONLY for a child under 10 as an addition and the bed will be a made up bed on the floor, or a portacot- both at an additional cost of $20 per night. When requesting the booking you will be asked the age of the 5 people staying and will only be accepted for the following scenarios: *2x adults & 3 children *2 adults, 2 children and 1 baby *3 adults & 2 children *3 adults, 1 child & 1 baby *1 adult and 4 children We provide a starter pack of refreshments and essentials that will last for your first few days - guests will then need purchase what they need as they require. If you happen to be travelling with your little one, we have a porta cot available for a small additional fee of $20. It is a Hauck 3-in-1 travel port-a-cot (perfect for sleeping + as a play pen/change table), linen and a blanket and pillow. Please note pictures have been provided of the linen and there are different sets depending on the stay and season, it may not always replicate the picture depending on linen changeover by the cleaners. Summer linen is a coverlet and will also present differently to the winter duvet pictures.
