Welcome to Create Airbnb! Whether you wish to relax and unwind, go on an adventure, or explore all the best parts of Indianapolis, we’ve got you covered! Located in the heart of Broad Ripple Village and recently renovated and completed in early 2024, you will be quietly immersed in the heart of Indianapolis’s art community. Above Create Art Studio and steps away from the Monon trail, you can enjoy local restaurants and shops. It’s a quick 10 minute drive to Butler and 20 minutes from downtown. The space Create Airbnb is a unique blend of comfort and style, designed with intention from a co-owner of Create Art Studio and owner of Create Adventure Travel Company. The airy and cozy space features a plush king-sized bed as well as a full sized pull out couch, easily accommodating up to 4 people. Enjoy lovely natural light during the day, and black out curtains have been installed to provide an optimal night’s rest. The living room hosts a turntable and record collection as well as a variety of board games to keep you entertained during your getaway. The kitchenette has everything you need from a retro fridge and microwave, a Kuerig coffee maker with stocked coffee, and fully stocked cabinets complete with dishes, cutlery, and pots & pans. We also provide a “best of” list of local eateries with menus. The dining table accommodates four, and the table is pre-set to provide you with an at-home feel. The outdoor private deck overlooking Broad Ripple and the Monon Trail is inviting for an early morning cup of coffee to get your day started or to unwind with a relaxing glass of wine at the end of the day. There is a work space and desk available if you’re planning to catch up remotely, or use some time to create. The bathroom has a tiled stand up shower, plush towels, and all needed toiletries are stocked. Guest access The house is shared with Create Art Studio, however there is a separate side entrance staircase to the airbnb that is not accessible for art studio guests. A designated parking spot is reserved for Create Airbnb guests in the back parking lot and is marked with a parking sign. If you have an additional vehicle, there are generally available spots on the one way street in front of Create or in our back parking lot. Self entry access to Create Airbnb is a unique one time Lockly code that can be used throughout your stay. You will receive your code prior to check in via text. Simply tap the touch pad on the front door lock, type in your unique code, and your stay at Create has begun! Other things to note Looking for things to do within walking distance: We are steps away from Rene’s Bakery, Rusted Moon, Cake Bake, Nando’s, La Piedad, Just Pop In, The Bike Line, Barre Ripple, Fire by the Monon, and many other local restaurants and shops. We are a quick 5 to 10 minute walk to Broad Ripple Avenue, The Vogue Theatre, White River Kayak and boat launch, and the Indianapolis Arts Center. We are a 10 to 20 minute drive from all of Indianapolis’s best attractions including: Butler University (Clowes Hall and Hinkle Fieldhouse), Gainbridge Filedhouse (hosting Pacers and Fever basketball and numerous other major events), Indianapolis Children’s Museum, Indianapolis Motor Speedway (45 minute bike ride to Speedway for all things racing), the Indianapolis Zoo, Lucas Oil Stadium (Colts Football and other major events), Mass Avenue Arts District, Murat Old National Center (concerts and events), and Newfields Art Museum to name a few!
