Woodland Retreat, Overstone Lakes Holiday Park

Nestled in amongst 115 acres of Northampton greenery, our quiet holiday park has been awarded a Gold Banner David Bellamy Conservation Award. If the picturesque surroundings of the park aren’t enough, there is an excellent selection of lakeside and woodland walks to be found in the beautiful countryside around the park. The park has a host of facilities at your disposal. Including a large heated outdoor pool, fishing lakes, tennis court, clubhouse, restaurant, fish & chip shop and much more. The space We are hosting our recently refurbished 2 bedroom caravan ideal for family holidays and short stays. You’ll be tucked away under the towering of trees in the surrounding woods with wildlife on your door step. Squirrels, rabbits, foxes, deer and more. With an open-planned kitchen diner, the caravan comes well equipped with everything you’ll need for cooking (or for ordering in!). Tea, coffee and fresh milk are provided on arrival along with a small selection of pastries and cereals for breakfast. The caravan has two bedrooms, a king size bed in one and two small singles in the other. An air bed can also be located in the spacious living area. The large garden has a large decking area complete with a gazebo to sit back and enjoy the tranquility of the woods. It’s also fully enclosed so pets are more than welcome to join you on your holiday. Dogs bowls will be provided along with small treats. Your dogs will be in their element with a selection of woodland and lakeside walks all around the park. With two large stunning lakes, the park is picturesque. Whether you’re visiting to enjoy the nature walks, or for a fun packed holiday, there is much to do! Guest access The site is entirely at your disposal and boasts a selection of activities. Bowls Green, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, multiple Playgrounds, Pool tables (inside the clubhouse and in the neighbouring pub, The Overstone Manor). With two stunning lakes, many guests visit to go fishing. The park also offers a large outdoor heated swimming pool in the summer months. Please note, leisure passes may be required to use the pool, fishing lakes and the clubhouse. These can be purchased in reception on arrival. Other things to note Dogs are invited to stay with us, however an additional charge of £10 will be added at time of booking. The property has Wi-Fi but please be warned the signal can drop sometimes as the area is very remote. Clean linen and towels are provided for each guest. We do ask that towels are to not be used at the swimming pool. Cleaning mid-stay and fresh linen is available for longer stays (if wanted).
