The Oasis

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place tucked away in the historic town of Tularosa. enjoy shade from towering cottonwood, pecan and fruit trees lining this beautiful little community. It is truly an oasis just outside the desert. The space The Oasis is an 800sqft inlaw apartment off of my private home. after parking on the street you will cross a small wooden bridge shaded by cottonwood trees into your own private yard dominated by a giant fig tree perfect for sitting under. You will also find a small patio area attached to a short flight of steps leading to the front door. The living room and dinning room are open concept with a small dinning table separating the space. Off the small hall is a full bathroom with a medicine cabinet and built in linen closet that doubles as a hamper. Off to the right of the hall is a comfortable bedroom with two large closets for hanging your cloths and soft queens size bed. Off the left of the hall is a yoga room with a dedicated work space at your disposal. Guest access You will have a private fenced in yard and entrance to the property. Other things to note I have two dogs and two young children, we all love to play out in the yard so you may hear or see us out and about from time to time however there is a fence separating us. The exception to that is our(4) chickens and the neighborhood peacocks that frequent the outbuilding rooftops.
