You'll love our BRAND NEW luxury RV Resort in Ehrenberg, Arizona. Just steps away from the Colorado River, this 1 bedroom with loft tiny home is the perfect place for your long term stay in Ehrenberg! With 1 queen bed in the bedroom and 1 queen bed in the loft, this tiny home sleeps 4 people. You have your own private bath and a full kitchen. Outside you'll find a beautiful patio overlooking our pond and a propane grill for your use. This unit is not pet friendly. The space Experience our brand new luxury RV resort. The vacation rental homes are 399 square feet. Linens are included. However if you plan to visit the pool or the beach, we do not provide pool towels. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including pots, pans, dishes, mixing bowls, silverware, utensils and cleaning supplies. Each unit has its own propane grill for guests to use. Firepits can be rented at the Resort Store. The sectional couch will pull out to a futon if you need to sleep an additional person. Cribs and pack n plays are not provided. Housekeeping is not provided during your long-term stay. Guest access You'll have access to our entertainment-filled Clubhouse with 24 hour fitness center, heating swimming pool, hot tub, 2 pickleball courts, laundry and bathhouse and only steps away from the Colorado River! Enjoy fun in the sun on our Good Vibes Beach! Other things to note For long term rentals, a lease is required and must be signed at the Resort Office prior to check in. There is a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee and a $250 refundable deposit due to the Resort Office.
