The Aerie

A peaceful place nestled in the piñon/juniper forest, with the 14,000’ Sangre de Cristo peaks to the east and the San Luis Valley stretching west. Stunning sunsets! Very private. Hot tub. 10 minute drive to Crestone, near hiking trails and the numerous spiritual centers. This is also a great base camp for climbing Challenger Point and Kit Carson Peak. Great Sand Dunes National Park is a one hour drive. Three commercial hot springs near by. Dark Sky Community. No pets or smoking. Come, enjoy! The space One bedroom, 3/4 bath, and a "great room" with kitchen, dining, living room and a work space. Located on the second level of a detached building (outdoor stairs to the entry), next to the owners home. The hot tub is tucked in-between the Aerie and our home and is used by our guests as well as us. Guest access The door code will be sent to guests prior to their arrival. Other things to note We have been Airbnb host for 9 years. We have the utmost respect for our guests and have always received the same in return. Our goal is to offer a place people can feel at home and enjoy what it is that brings them to the Crestone area.
