Rules: NOISE AND DISTURBANCE: the estate is not a "party" place, the number of people has been deliberately limited in order to avoid overflows and damage. Outdoor nuisances must be scrupulously avoided in order to respect the neighborhood. Music outside with moderate sound during the day and quiet from 10pm to 8am.
