This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. It's a corner lot surrounded by greens. Full view of fireworks from patio. It has a 20 feet patio + 20 feet interlocking firepit area. 2 firepits plus a double size BBQ. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure an adult age 35+ is on premises during cheching in/during stay. It is not my responsibility and no refund will be issued if you don't comply to these rules. The space This is a family freindly cottage. No teenagers are permitted into the resort without an adult supervision age 30+. At the gate entrance they will not let you in if an adult age of 30+ is not there during checking in. otherwise if all guests are 25+ then your okay to get in. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure an adult age 30+ is on premises during cheching in/during stay. It is not my responsibility and no refund will be issued if you don't comply to these rules. This cottage is one of the biggest cottages in the resort, approximately 1100sqft. 3 bedroom/ 2 full bathrooms. 1st bedroom king size bed, 2nd bedroom twin bed, 3rd room double bunk bed 1 twin size and 1 single bed.
