Welcome to Valley Villas! The two villas allow a large group to share a vacation and sleeps 15. The properties are situated just a few steps away while offering complete privacy. Casa Del Arbol is nestled in the jungle and offers a main house and smaller house with a kitchenette. It is 3 bedroom and sleeps 8. Casa Celaje, boasts a gorgeous ocean view, is 3 bedroom, which includes a small casita and sleeps 7. Both have infinity pools, fully equipped kitchens, and large patios. The space Both tranquil villas are situated between Manzanillo Beach and Hermosa Beach and a 15-minute drive to the busy surf town of Santa Teresa. The fully fenced and secure villas were designed to offer a peaceful. relaxing oasis and open space to nature to enjoy the wildlife while feeling the comfort of a home away from home. There are many restaurants just a 5-minute drive away and Manzanillo beach, the most calm and beautiful beach, is a 2-minute drive or 10 minute walk which also has a great quiet surf spot. Hermosa beach with the best surfing around is a 10-minute drive. The beauty of our properties is allowing large groups to travel together with their own pools, patios and kitchens. While they are only a few steps away, they are completely private from each other. There is a groomed and private pathway between houses to make both properties accessible to each other. Casa Del Arbol offers both a main house and casita and sleeps 8. The main house has a spacious air conditioned master bedroom with queen bed and a large double sink ensuite. The second air conditioned bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom just next to the bedroom. It has a fully stocked air conditioned kitchen fitted for a chef. The air conditioned casita is equipped with a kitchenette, queen bed, set of bunk beds and full bathroom with outdoor shower. The casita patio is fully enclosed with a safety gate for busy toddlers. It boasts a beautiful sunset view! The large patio at the main house has a BBQ cooking area to enjoy the gorgeous jungle view while dining pool side. Casa Celaje boasts both a lovely ocean view and jungle view and sleeps 7. The large master bedroom has a king bed and full, spacious double sink ensuite and indoor shower. The second spacious bedroom has a queen bed, bunk beds and large ensuite with an outdoor shower. The small casita next to Celaje offers a studio style space with double bed, kitchenette, large patio and full bathroom. The main kitchen is fitted for a chef to equip you in making meals at the house to enjoy pool side next to the gorgeous infinity pool with a spectacular view of the ocean. The sunken couch offers a cozy space to relax after a full day of adventure. Both properties offer high speed internet suited for video calls and desk areas for those who need to do some work. The villas offer a peaceful oasis to nature out of the busy town of Santa Teresa which is just a 15-minute drive away. You will wake up to the sounds of the jungle at both properties and be prepared to be amazed with all the wildlife Costa Rica has to offer! Our lovely cleaning and maintenance staff live on the property. While their house is private from the Villas, they offer daily grounds attention, easy access to maintenance if needed and timely cleaning while adding an additional sense of security when you are out and about. The only debate you will have when staying with us is choosing who will stay in which villa! Agustina, our house concierge is ready and waiting to book any excursions you would like to do and answer all the questions you may have. Activities include and not limited too; surfing, morning or sunset horseback riding on the beach, zip lining, boat tours, kayak night paddles and much more. We can also arrange a private chef, massages and yoga at the house. Please visit 'where you will be' in the listing and have a look at our 'guidebook' as it has a lot of information about the area. A 4x4 is not required to access the properties however you will need a vehicle with high clearance underneath. We are also happy to arrange an ATV (2 or 4 or 5 seater) for you upon booking or arrival. Cars can be rented at the airport, Cobano or in Santa Teresa with either Alamo or Budget. The laundry machine and dryer are not available however we can arrange laundry to be done for a small fee. We can book several services at the house including but not limited too; private chef, massages, family photography, cooking classes, laundry service and Yoga. Just ask upon booking or arrival! We will also be pleased to offer suggestions for many activities such as but not limited to; horseback riding, surfing, zip lining, boat tours and much more!
