Wonderfull house for a copule Nice to Live in and receive friends for a dinner or lunch outside! Very comfortable and pretty. Air conditioning, fireplace and a really good queensize bed. The bathroom is well equipped, with nice and hot shower. The energy will be charged extra using the Airbnb tools for that. For longer term renting (28 days +) it will be charged as it comes in the bill. For short terms (less than 28 days) we will charge by the meter taking a pic of it by check in/out The space The house is thought for two persons, maybe with a baby! Friendly, with nice neighbors, quiet and close to the beach and Manantiales Other things to note Very safe area, we know all the neighbors so we help and watch each other. Many people live in the street the whole year. It is in a dead end street, so it is very peaceful.
