Stylish self contained studio

Rose Park is a highly enviable location, with walking distance to Victoria Park. Minutes to CBD (bus top 2), Burnside Village and Norwood Parade Self contained newly renovated home studio separated from the main house with a back gate that can access to it. The queen size bed is big enough for 2 adults (+/- 1 young kid). Free onsite parking The space It’s separated from the main house and next to the back garage. This 40 square meters area has one living room, one bedroom with queen size bed and one bathroom. The kitchen has a sink, medium size fridge, single induction cooker, microwave, oven, electric kettle, toaster, pots, pans and etc. You can cook or heat up simple meals during your stay. There is a washing machine and drying rack in the bathroom. Hair dryer, steam iron and ironing board is also provided. The air conditioning is strong enough to make both bedroom and living room cool/warm. Guest access This premises is on a corner block next to a private lane. The studio sits at the back of the premises, next to the garage but separated from the main house. You can enter through the side gate on a private lane. The parking option is default as free off street parking. If you need to park on the street for longer than 2 hours from 8:30 to 5pm (free after 5pm), please organize a parking permit with me. If your car cannot be left on the street (I.e, camping Ute), please discuss with me the option to park onsite in a sliding gate. You can self check in at anytime after 3pm using the keys in the key safe. Other things to note We have a sliding gate and a roller door about 5 meters away from the studio, so there might be small opening/closing gate noice or car noice during the day. It’s generally no noice at all at night (between 8pm to 7am). We have a very cute 6 years old corgi at our premises. He is obedience trained and very friendly. We will keep him in the house or in the front yard (30 meters away from where you stay), so we can make sure your stay is peaceful and quiet.
