Welcome to the "Downstairs Room" - it is about 30 m2, located on the ground floor and equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a couch as well as a desk and a dresser. The fireplace is particularly pleasant, which provides cozy warmth in the blink of an eye if needed. Directly opposite is the bathroom with shower and toilet, which is shared with the "Middle Room". On request: For another person, a sleeping place on the couch is possible (+ €40/night excl. local tax) The space On the upper floor is our private area and the "middle room," on the 2nd floor is the "Upstairs Room." On the ground floor, next to the "Downstairs Room," there is the entrance area, a seminar room - which can be shared by our guests for yoga and meditation, as well as our breakfast and lounge room. It has a small kitchen with hotplates, fridge, dishwasher and is available as a common area and offers everything necessary for self-catering. The seminar room leads directly to our natural garden. Welcome to UNTER EINEM DACH. It soon became clear that Gerold's former family home was too big for two people, and so the idea was born that we – Gerold and Lukas - wanted to "open" the house and use it in a more complex way. Our vision lies in a place of creativity, the possibility of encounter, retreat, inspiration and silence. A place that is itself in constant development and transformation. One of our greatest treasures is definitely the nature that surrounds us. Forests, water, fields, granite stones, stars at night. The house is located on the outskirts of Raabs an der Thaya. Right on our doorstep, paths lead along the Thaya into the forest and invite you to stroll and hike in the natural landscape. A second fixed point and hot highlight is the Thayatal Vitalbad! A really successful sauna landscape with four different saunas, guided infusions, a steam bath and a heated outdoor pool – with direct views of the Thaya and the castle. There is also a sports and wellness pool as well as a slide and an area for children. For all the hungry - a restaurant serves pizza & co. There is also the opportunity to explore the Thaya on canoe tours, visit Raabs Castle, ride the 111 km long Thayarunde cycle path and discover other destinations. BREAKFAST: The breakfast plate A vegetarian breakfast plate consisting of homemade sourdough bread, cheese, butter, spread, jam, seasonal vegetables as well as yogurt and toppings from our cereal bar awaits you.
