Fireplace and table tennis, Incl. 20 kWh per night

Peacefully situated house. Is close to the inlet and is nice for walks. There are different games in the house - table tennis, table football, bob, board games and TV with Chromecast+Apple AirPlay. EL-consumption is incl. (fair use=electricity max 20 kWh per night) - it is not allowed/possible to charge an electric car at the house. Water is incl. 300 liter per night. Guests must clean the house before departure, therefore no cleaning-fee. Cleaning can be purchased for 650 DKK if you want. The space For info: Jeg taler og skriver både på dansk og engelsk :) My house is good place to stay if you want to live peacefully and extremely quietly with plenty of space and activities in both the garden and the house and if you want to see different parts of Denmark at the same time, e.x. Tivoli, Bakken, Copenhagen, Langelinie, Nyhavn, The Little Mermaid, Roskilde, Kronborg, Louisiana, etc. The area also has interesting things to see, fx. Jægerspris Castle and garden. The inlet / sea is close to the house and the Danish nature is just outside the house. Also see the danish homepage "visitfjordlandet" to read more about the area etc. My house is approx. 50 km from Copenhagen, with good roads to the city. The area is very quiet, peaceful - with no cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. right around the corner. Shopping is approx. 4 kilometers from the house (in "Jægerspris city"). There are pheasants, deer etc. just outside the house and there are a number of different birds in the garden. There are free parking on the parcel / in the garden. ABOUT THE HOUSE See photos for floor plan of the house. The house consists of a kitchen with dining area (kitchen-living room), two bedrooms, a living room with 2 sofas and wood burning stove (fireplace), table tennis, table football, bob-game etc. and a bathroom with toilet, shower, etc. Detailed description is below :-) The house has a fireplace/wood-stove and a heat pump, so it can be used all year :-) The house is 80 m2 with views of protected areas with good trails for walks and a nice view from the house to nature as there are large windows in the living room / kitchen. There are table tennis, table football, bob, as well as a lot of board games and some DVD movies etc.). On the terrace in front of the house, I have a "out-door-table" with 4 chairs, so you can eat your meals outside, if you want to :) There are a small soccer-field down the road (near the house). THE KITCHEN There is a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, stove etc. There are a dining table with 4 chairs. BEDROOMS There are 2 very small bedrooms with one bed in each room - one bed is 200 cm wide (bedroom 1) with one big 200*200 cm mattress and the other bed is 120*200 cm (bedroom 2). There are no space in either of the bedrooms for a guestbed/babybed etc. Both bedrooms are separated from the dining room / kitchen with curtains. Bedroom 1 with the largest bed (200 cm width, 200 length) is more like an alcove than a actual room and the entrance is small for entering (not suited for elderly people). Bedroom 2 has a normal box-bed (120 cm width, 200 length). There is an extra matress in the Living room, if needed. There are duvets and pillows for 4 people in the house and also some blankets etc. All duvets and pillows are “single” (for 1 person each) :) THE LIVINGROOM Adjacent the kitchen there is the livingroom with a wood burning stove, as well as table tennis, table football, bob games, sofas, different games and a TV with DVD player. ELECTRICITY, WATER AND WOOD-STOVE - Consumption of electricity is included in the rent within a fair use of max 20 kWh per night. Additional consumption is charged with 3 DKK per kWh. It is unfortunately not allowed to charge your car at the house. - Consumption of water is included within a fair use of max 300 liter per day. Additional consumption is charged with 0,1 DKK per liter. I read the consumption of electricity (EL) and water from the providers website during and/or after your stay - and send you the screenshot and the airbnb-request for money if the consumption is more than 20 kWh / 300 liter per night. Please use it with care :-) “Hygge” at the wood-stove :) Use the wood-stove carefully :-) Take care when using a barbecue due to fire hazard - especially if it is a little dry outside. WIFI ETC. Fast internet in the house. Tv with Chromecast and AirPlay. There is a DVD player with the option of connecting USB and hard disk for movie playback (eg mp4 format). I have different movies in the house (DVD), which you can see in the house. I have a pair of speakers in the house where music can be connected (mini-jack) :-) THE GARDEN Is primarily laid out as lawn and small trees / bushes. The grass may sometimes be a bit high in some parts of the garden. In the front yard the grass is usually cut short. I have a small barbecue / grill - always have a bucket of water right next to the barbecue, when you use is, thanks :). THE AREA AND INLET (ISEFJORDEN) Isefjorden (inlet) is approx. 900 meter from the house, with grass paths and quiet roads down there. The beach is known for its low water (child-friendly) and good conditions for kite surfing, windsurfing, kayaking and horse riding etc. It is a good place for kitesurfing - there are very often people kitesurfing at the beach 900 meter from the house (the beach "Landerslev"). There is easy access to the water by the many grass-paths in the area :-). Please be aware, that the beach/inlet (Isefjorden near my house) can look very different from my pictures of the inlet here in airbnb. Sometimes the wind blows away from the shore and sometimes towards the shore and that greatly affects the water-level and also the amount of seaweed etc. That's nature, it always changes due to the weather etc. :) BEDCLOTHES, TOWELS AND DISHCLOTHS Please bring your own bedclothes, towels and dishcloths etc. Important: do not sleep without beddings / bedclothes /bedlinen on the bed. CLEANING BEFORE CHECK-OUT Important, guests must clean the house yourself before departure. Please respect that, Thank you. There are no cleaning-fee on this booking, to keep the price low.
