Within 28 sqm, this space has been thoughtfully designed to harmoniously blend a bedroom, living area, and dining area that can transform into a productive workspace, alongside a pantry and a restroom. I just wanted to give you a little heads-up about the pricing details. The price you see doesn’t include the utility fee, so here’s a friendly breakdown for you: - If you’re planning to stay for more than 5 days, there’s an electric fee of THB 8 per unit, and we’ll take care of the calculation based on the electric meter. - For longer stays of 30 days or more, the electric fee remains THB 8 per unit, and there's also a water fee that starts at THB 300 per month. Don’t worry, we’ll send you the bill separately each week! Oh, and just a quick note: we have a cleaning fee of THB 1,500 each time. Just let us know in advance if you’d like to add that!
