Other things to note Lost Property: Please ensure you take all of your belongings when departing. If you do leave something behind we can not take responsibility for these items being found. We will always endeavor to locate your lost goods, however, guests will be required to send a pre paid postage bag/envelope to our address in order for items to be returned. All items are taken to lost property storage and a $50 fee is incurred for staff to pick up from lost property, travel to post office for return to you. Thank you we appreciate your co-operation.
