Stay at our peaceful and centrally located home in the Forest Park neighborhood, just minutes from grocery stores and restaurants in Martinsville. Our home has been recently renovated. The Ranch style home is two blocks away from Lake Lanier - great for a scenic walk. The space Quiet neighborhood, Single-level living with a front porch, a porch swing and rocking chair. Plenty of safe off street parking and a large front and back yard. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cooking and tableware. The Kitchen Island seats three. Relax in front of our electric fireplace with two recliners and a coffee bar. Our all leather living room sectional has a built in recliner and chase lounge. Plus a separate recliner. Stretch out and enjoy the 58 inch television! Guest access First floor ONLY is available to guests; basement is locked and private. Ample off-street parking available (circle driveway). Other things to note Fireplace is electric only. Do not attempt to build a fire.
