The space On the first level is a cozy living room, a fully stocked kitchen, and a bathroom with a stand-up shower. Steps from the back door is an outdoor shower. Upstairs has three bedrooms, which include one full bed, two full bunkbeds, and a twin bed with a full sized futon. The screened in porch also has a full sized futon. The driveway is shared and has room for two vehicles. The kitchen has all the appliances you need including an oven/stove, a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, K-Cup coffee pot. It is also fully stocked with pans, utensils, plates and bowls, serving dishes, coffee cups and glasses, hand soap and dish liquid, and basic spices. The laundry room is attached to the kitchen, and includes a washer, dryer, laundry detergent, and there is an iron and ironing board in the master bedroom. Bathroom includes towels, shampoo, and body wash, and bedrooms are stocked with fresh linens, pillows, sheets and blankets. Other things to note Island Breeze has everything you will need for a day at the beach including beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, a beach cart, a cooler, and beach toys.
