Guests need to use the stairs to get to the 2nd floor. – Heating system : There are floor heater and portable heater provided. – Free parking in front of the villa for 1-2 cars. – Room for keep skiing equipment. – Free high speed Wi-Fi 〜 1st Floor 〜 There are living room, kitchen, shower room, toilet, laundry, patio and small private outdoor Onsen. – Living room there are 65inch smart TV, sofa and dining table for 5 persons. – Smart TV can watch Netflix, Youtube, Amazon Prime Video etc. *Netflix and Amazon Prime Video is Japanese version, but can be logged in normally. – Small private outdoor onsen can fit for 1-2 persons. – Private room for keep, store and dry your ski equipment. 〜 2nd Floor 〜 There are 3 bedrooms with shower room and toilet inside. – 1st bedroom there are a double bed and a loft with single bed (Can accommodate 3 persons). – 2nd bedroom there are a double bed and a loft with single bed (Can accommodate 3 persons). – 3rd bedroom there are a double bed and a loft with single bed (Can accommodate 3 persons). *In cases where we cannot provide a double bed, we can provide you with 2 single beds instead of a double bed. Types of beds cannot be chosen, but we will inform to you in advance. Living room: 1 sofa bed 〜 Kitchen 〜 – Cooking utensils : Induction stove (IH), pot, pan, knives, cutting board etc. – Dishes and silverware 〜 Bathroom 〜 – Bathroom essentials : Shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap. This apartment is managed under the permission of Japanese government. It is an accommodation run officially. According to Japanese law, I need to ask all of my guests to submit every guest passport photo on Airbnb inbox in advance and fill in the registration form when arrive the villa . Please all provide information that we were requested. 2. Checkin time: 10:00AM - 22:00PM. Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. 3. There might be an extra charge for leaving luggages after check-out time, since it will make the cleaning staffs work in difficulty. 6. When using hot water in the kitchen or shower room, it may take some time for the water to get hot. If the water is not warm yet, please let the water run for 3-7 minutes without having to adjust the temperature on the controller. After that, the water will slowly become hotter. 7. No smoking or pets allowed. If our cleaning staffs notice a cigarette smell or pet's dirty inside the villa, there might be an extra charge to clean the villa and remove the smell. 8. If you want to throw away large items such as old suitcases, please inform me first since there is an extra fee for throw away large items. 9. If the property in the room causes loss or damage, as well as soiled bed sheets and beds, compensation shall be made according to the price. 10. Everything in the villa can only be used here and cannot be taken away. 11. Our cleaning staff will manage of your garbage after you check out. So please DO NOT take out any of your garbage outside the room, and DO NOT leave them on the balcony/veranda. Please tie up all your garbage for easy disposal. Long-stay guests who wish to remove the garbage from the villa can message us and we will help you with garbage disposal. If the trash is full, please inform us only. You can not take it to outside the house. If you take garbage outside, you will be charge from government. 12. When nearby the listing, take care not to disturb the neighbours. Please don't make loud noises, no partying or any other type of loud behaviour. - Quiet hours are from 9PM to 9AM. Your understanding and cooperation is truly appreciated. 13. Please understand there are no concierge services, daily cleaning, room service, etc as there is in hotels. 15. Towels and linens are changed every Tuesday and Friday free of charge. 16. Keep clean when stay inside our villa. 17. Decorations, such as lamps or wallpapers might be different from the pictures and from one villa to another. 18. Please check the number of guests before completing your reservation or after 24 hours before your check-in time (15:00 pm. of the day before your check-in date). We will charge you 2400 yen per person x number of guest + 50,000 yen for changing the number of people. Towels and bedding (Bed linens) are prepared based on the number of guests only. 19. In winter time (from November to March), I recommend you to buy special steel bites for your shoes to prevent from slipping on icy roads. They really help! You can buy them at Lawson in New Chitose Airport or most convenience stores in town. Roads get very icy and slippery in snowy Hokkaido, so please be aware and prepared! 20. Please have consideration towards the villa and neighbors as if they were your own. 21. Turn EVERYTHING off when leaving the house and lock the door. 22. Please do not visit the neighbouring villas. 23. If you extend your reservation on the morning of your check-out date, you will have to pay the cleaning cancellation fee. Because we may have to pay cancellations fee because our cleaners may already be on their way to the apartment.
