Floyd's on the River

Dedicated parking, walkway, and entrance leads you to Floyds on the River! Your peaceful family friendly retreat to call your own with the comfort of knowing your hosts are only steps away. Our 600 sf guest suite is waiting for you with French doors opening to the backyard and the Flint River. Enjoy serenity and if you're lucky spot a family of Bald Eagles flying up and down the river. Near family parks, dog parks, and trails. Minutes from downtown Flushing and major expressways. The space 600 Sq Foot guest suite with a full bedroom containing queen bed, closet, tv and lots of storage. The spacious main room contains kitchenette (with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge, and sink area) with dining table for 4, large tv and queen pull out sofa sleeper, twin sofa sleeper, and recliner. The suite has it's own parking area with walkway leading to the back side of the main house and the entrance to the suite. Guest access guests will have full access to the suite with private parking and a private entrance. Other things to note The boring stuff and questions we get - We allow for one pet and they need to be included in your reservation. If you have questions on more than 1 pet please message before booking. Also please make sure that all of your guests are listed on the reservation. We want to make sure you have everything you need when you check in. We are not smoke/vape/420 friendly inside the unit. There is a smoking area outside near the river. Local laws do not allow for house parties or fires in the fireplace - but we do have a firepit that guests are welcome to use. Our Airbnb is scent free. We use fragrance-free cleaners in housekeeping and laundry. If you have any questions about our Airbnb please feel free to send a message.
