Welcome to our 70 sqm apartment in the heart of Bad Segeberg. Lake Segeberg and the spa clinics are very close by. The apartment has been completely renovated and will be ready for occupancy on March 1, 2024. You can park directly on the property. Shops are in the immediate vicinity. Toilet paper, paper towels and hygiene items are provided for arrival. A small selection of wine is available and can be purchased. Coffee and tea are included. For one person, the modern sofa bed with a sleeping area of 2 m x 1.4 m can be used in the living room. Two children can also sleep comfortably on it. Two people sleep in the queen size bed (160 cm) in the bedroom. The dining area is designed for 6 people. In the bar house, you can have breakfast in a specialty store, or at one of the many bakeries in the neighborhood. Guest access The apartment is located in a residential and commercial building. On the 2nd floor, the apartment is on one side and we live on the other side. On the first floor, we run a beauty salon (Bezaubernd Schön) and a fashion & more boutique. Guests receive special offers on applications. Other things to note The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be entered via an external staircase. The balcony railing is not yet fully completed. There are still small cosmetic repairs to be done. The balcony is still safe and usable.
