Please note this is a comfortable but compact room, better suited to someone who just wants somewhere to lay their head with plans for being out and about, rather than a room for spending lots of time at home. The room features a double bed, (not a queen bed) comfortable for one person or two at a squeeze. Guest access Access to laundry and kitchen facilities, along with your own outdoor deck accessed exclusively from your room. Other things to note The house is located on Arthur Street Magill, which is a fairly busy street, and this room is at the front of the house. If you are a light sleeper it may not suit you. Off-street parking may be available - please enquire before booking if this is important to you. However there is plentiful free street parking.
