Description

Large room (shared bathrooms) in downtown Madrid. A 1-minute walk from Plaza Mayor. ⚠️ READ THE HOUSE RULES! ⚠️ A 3-minute walk from Sol, 2 minutes from the famous Rastro, Callao, Gran Vía... You can walk to all the sights. Safe area, surrounded by leisure, people, supermarkets, metro and places of interest. Fall in love with Madrid! Our home is LGBTIQ+ friendly. There are 4 more rooms, you can check my profile to see them and choose the one you like the most! The space ⚠️ Please note this is an OUTDOOR ROOM. It has two balconies overlooking the street. It is next to the Plaza Mayor and is exactly as shown in the pictures. The windows in the room isolate the sound but if in case you want to sleep with the windows open and you are not used to the background city noise, you will find some plugs in the dresser drawer in the room. The apartment is quiet and quiet. No noise at home because we all have to comply with house rules and you have earplugs. But still, if you need extreme silence and you want a room that does not go to the street, enter my profile and choose any of the others that do not face the street and that we have in the same place. 🚪 From the layout of the home, you should know that this room IS ADJACENT TO ANOTHER ROOM. They are separated by a door that is locked on both sides and overshadowed by curtains and a system that also absorbs some of the sound. Still, keep it in mind and we ask that you be considerate of the next room (in the same way that they will be with you) so as not to disturb you unnecessarily. 🖤 It is a newly renovated, large, quiet and very pretty apartment. It's our house, we live here, we love and respect it and ask that you respect it as well. 🥺 Due to some bad experience with disrespectful guests we are forced to insist that all HOUSE RULES are read and respected. So read them and if you don't like them or you're not going to respect them, just don't book with us. 😇 They are made to guarantee the rest of all the inhabitants and guests, including yours. 🥰 We take care of our guests, the details, the silence and the tranquility, the good smells and the cleanliness. Free ☕️ bar of coffee and infusions during your stay as a courtesy, always respecting the quiet hours. 🧖‍♀️Towels and bedding are provided. 🛁 You rent a private room shared bathroom We have two bathrooms for five rooms. ⚠️ 🌡️ We have heating for the winter and we have a fan for the summer. We explain everything in detail: ❄️🔥 1. Regarding the heating throughout the apartment, in the bathrooms and in all the rooms. It's wonderful. As the apartment retains heat very well, the heating is programmed to run from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM, and from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The heat stays great but on especially cold days you may need it more, in that case, you can write to us so we can turn it on longer. And, if on the contrary, you are too hot, you can close the radiator in your room by turning the radiator key in your room (please gently turn it and never turn it to the maximum so that the wheel doesn't get stuck). Finally regarding the heating, you should know that it is central of the building and as such, at 11pmat night the general boiler is turned off and, until 09:00 am we cannot turn it on even if we want. So, we recommend leaving the radiators on during the day and keeping the windows closed when you leave the apartment, so the room will keep the heat all night and will be nice to sleep. 😊 ☀️ 2. Summer: In Madrid, during the day it is quite hot but at night, it usually sleeps quite well because the temperature drops; but so as not to disappoint you and you know what to wait, we warn you very well that it is not a cold air conditioner. It is an apparatus that has nothing more the option of normal ventilation, it is powerful and of quality but I repeat: IT IS not AN AIR CONDITIONING. Being a historic building we do not allow us to install it, and that's why we have looked for the best alternatives! That's also why we have a huge summer price cut. 😊 Guest access 🛁 We have TWO SHARED BATHROOMS for five rooms in total (including ours). It's more than enough if we all use common sense. For that reason, it's important that you don't stay in the bathroom longer than necessary, that you go one at a time, and that you do things like putting on makeup or drying your hair in the room to leave it free for the rest of the guests. 🧼 We clean the bathrooms every day but we still ask again, common sense and that you be careful with cleaning because it is shared. ☕️ We also have an appliance area (open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm to use the microwave or electric kettle), where you can prepare a coffee before going out to explore Madrid. 🚪 Your room is private, and for that reason we ask that when you are inside you keep the door closed so as not to disturb the other guests. We do🧳 not store luggage, however, less than a 3-minute walk from the apartment there is a locker where you can leave it. When you make your reservation, we'll send you its website and address. During your stay We are in favor of giving you your space, but we are available 24/7 for any questions, advice, or directions you may need. Other things to note Check-in is anytime after 2pm and check out is before 10am. On the day of your arrival, you will receive instructions for self check-in. If your arrival is after 10:00 p.m., it is important that you let us know in advance, as we will need to send you additional instructions for remote check-in. To do this, it is essential that you have an internet connection at that time. Also, upon arrival, we kindly ask that you do so as quietly as possible, as it is a quiet apartment and there may be people resting. Thank you! ⚠️ 🌡️ We have heating for the winter and we have a fan for the summer. We explain everything in detail: ❄️🔥 1.
