Casa Dos Hermanas is a peaceful getaway situated just a walk away from the popular Pools and Sandy Beaches and a quick drive to Maria's, Domes and Rincon town center. Enjoy a coffee and the Boricuan sunrise from the roofdeck before surfing one of the many world class breaks or spend your day relaxing by the pool. There is a 3 bedroom main house that will be all yours and a 1 bedroom apartment the owners live in at times. During Covid no parties. Price dependant on number of people staying. The space ***The home is beautiful as is but we will be updating and redecorating between guests in the coming year*** The open floor plan kitchen and dining room make it an ideal place to entertain and send time together while the air conditioned rooms are comfortable and quiet so you can get some rest. We have cable, wifi and a multitude of board games available depending on what mood you're in. As wonderful as the house is, it is the back patio and roof deck that tend to be the biggest draw. The pool deck offers ample lounge chairs to soak up the sun while listening to tropical birdsong and the sound of the pool's waterfall. If you're more into the sunset than the sunrise, you can also enjoy the sun's last dance from the second story roof deck before heading out for dinner. For the days and nights you're not sampling a local eatery, the back patio is a great place to grill some local fish or veggies and gather around the table to rehash the day. Depending on the season, most of the trees on the property provide fruit- from the multiple avocado, banana and bananas to our more rare piña mango, papaya and guanabana- that you are welcome to add to your meal. Casa Dos Hermanas offers plenty of parking, a rarity in the area. We also have a 275W generator and 2,000 gallon water tank so you will have continue to have power and water when the reality of being on a tropical island can come knocking. COVID-19 Limitations - we are spacing rentals by 2 days to allow for thorough disinfecting and cleaning, No more than 8 people are allowed at the house at any time as we cannot risk any illegal large gatherings at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience but are doing the best we can to ensure everyone's safety and limit the spread of the virus. Guest access You will have access to the whole main house and exterior property. The attached apartment is my private residence. The apartment and the main house share a roof but no walls, there is a walkway between to two structures Other things to note Owner lives on property with 2 dogs. We stay to our side of the house and give renters the pool/patio/BBQ during your stay.
