Sunset Loft on Deer Lake has something to offer year-round. Just steps to beautiful, clear, Deer Lake and our private beach and dock. Only 25 minutes by car to 49 North Mountain Resort with hiking, hunting, cycling, snowshoeing, bird watching, and mountain biking in between. Your private apartment is directly facing Deer Lake Marsh with expansive Lake views from the balcony. Enjoy a romantic escape in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Our Loft can sleep 2 adults and 2 children comfortably. The space Sunset Loft is a 1000 sq ft open floor plan with one bedroom with a Queen bed, full kitchen (including a 1 day basic breakfast kit), wood burning fire heater, one bathroom with a custom stone tile shower, vaulted living room with a new La-Z-Boy Queen sofa sleeper couch and TV, and separate office space. We also have available an inflatable electric over sized twin mattress and 2 twin folding mattresses available upon request. Balcony overlooks large marsh and partial lake views with numerous birds and wonderful sunsets. Back porch/deck has extra firewood and a BBQ grill. **Requires climbing 18 stairs**. May not be for everyone but the views are worth it! We invite you to share our beach/dock with us. Just a short walk to the cool refreshing clear lake. Shared fenced area between the loft and our house for your pet to play off leash. Guest access The entire second level of the detached garage is all yours. The fenced in yard is available to share for your pet or children to play in. We’re happy to offer shared access to our beach and dock area! During your stay, you’re welcome to enjoy our two guest kayaks and paddleboard. Fire Pit on the beach available (during low fire threat). Other things to note Up to $300 of the security deposit will be charged in the event you, your guests, or pet cause damage to the Loft or any part of the property including the beach and dock area. Other things to note PET FEE: $35 per dog/per stay. 50lbs and under. Let us know if you are bringing your dog/s and we'll send instructions on how to pay the PET FEE.
