Featuring a plush King size bed, fully-equipped kitchen with heated floors, and a prime location on Huntington's North side, it's an ideal space for reconnecting, visiting friends and family, or traveling for business. Enjoy a hospitality experience tailored to your desires – just as we would want it! Our house has two bedrooms, a kitchen with heated floors, two televisions, both with all of your favorite apps, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime, etc. We also offer high speed wifi internet. Our kitchen comes equiped with everything you would likely need for meal prep, as well as heated floors which make coming in from the hot tub all the more comfortable. Our living room offers ample seating for everyone, with a couch, two comfy chairs, and a recliner that's easy to fall asleep in. The living room has a WiFi connected TV, board games, and a Bluetooth enabled record player as well. Our primary bedroom offers an incredibly comfortable King size bed, ample space for storage in the closet, a full length mirror and a television as well. Room darkening shades and a sound machine for white noise or whatever option you choose make sleeping in easy! Our second bedroom offers a leather futon seat that turns into a bed, as well as a giant bean bag chair that opens up into a second bed. The room also offers an antique Hall tree mirror that we fell in love with when we first saw the property. Outdoors we have a master spa hot tub for your enjoyment. We have gone to extra lengths to make sure the hot tub area is as private and secluded as needed for day or night time enjoyment. We also have a gazebo with chairs and a table for outdoor eating, or just sitting and enjoying the space. In addition to the table and chairs we have two hanging hammock chairs as well to relax in and pass the time away. Near the gazebo we also have a park style charcoal grill. Grilling utensils are in the kitchen, and charcoal and lighter fluid are in the grilling table storage compartment. A metal bucket for ashes is nearby, but feel free to leave the ashes in the grill if needed and we will get them when we clean the property. Also at the property are three cigarette disposal outdoor ashtrays. One out front, and two in the patio are. Feel free to smoke outside and please use the provide places for disposal of the cigarette butts. Otherwise the local crows find them and light up to smoke what's left, and we're trying to get them to stop smoking. 😁 Feel free to reach out anytime with questions. Eventually we would like to turn it into a game room of sorts, but for now it contains tools and supplies from all of the remodeling work we did that need to be sorted and moved out. We started hosting in 2017, and we have met a few guests, and we're always happy to meet additional guests, but for the most part we give guests space and only see them occasionally. Since this property has a hot tub we need to check the chemicals every 2-3 days to keep them properly balanced - and we will always message before visiting! (And we never enter the house for this - everything we need is outside). This is typically during the day when guests are out enjoying all the area has to offer, but if you're there, we're happy to chat or not. This is up to you! Huntington and the surrounding area has so much to offer! We are just 15-20 minutes or less from waterfalls (Kissing Falls in Largo), a world class winery (Two EEs), a state of the art shooting range (J.E. Roush Reservoir and Hillside shooting range in Roanoke). Our local Lake Clare Park has a Ninja style obstacle course. There are bike trails, frisbee golf and regular golf courses, and so much more from antique shopping to fine dining! We look forward to hosting you on your visit and hope you enjoy your stay!
