A peaceful, secluded oasis, on 32 ares, on the edge of the village of Saint-Pierre le Déchausselat. You will find 2 completely independent, single-story, fully equipped accommodations. Ideal for friends and family, living together while maintaining privacy. The pool is private and out of sight. The property, in the middle of the holm oaks, is surrounded by many shaded or sunny terraces with exceptional views. In summer, the cicadas will be there. The space You have 2 completely independent homes, in the middle of nature. An old house, built in 1809, restored: capacity 6 people. Living room: TV lounge, dining room. Equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms: 2 people (140 cm bed) and 4 people (1 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds) Bathroom: Toilet, shower Big terrace An independent pavilion: capacity 2 people Living room: equipped kitchen, TV lounge, sleeping area (160 cm bed) Shower, toilet, Terraces with superb views (shaded part) A cellar with washing machine and large umbrella dryer is available to drop off your groceries and bulky personal items. Guest access The exterior and interior are level and accessible to people with reduced mobility (no steps). The swimming pool and all the terraces are connected by landscaped paths (concrete or tiled). Other things to note We do not provide bed and house linen. Charging electric cars is not allowed (see house rules) The house and pavilion can be rented separately outside of July-August but will not be rented to 2 different tenants at the same time.
