Ideal for friends or family, living together while maintaining its privacy. The pool is private and out of sight. The property, surrounded by holm oaks, is surrounded by many shaded or sunny terraces with exceptional views. In summer, the cicadas will be there. Guest access The outside and inside are level and accessible to people with disabilities (no steps). The pool and all terraces are connected by landscaped paths (concrete or tiled). Electric car charging is not allowed (see house rules) The house and pavilion can be rented separately outside July-August but will not be rented to 2 different tenants at the same time.
