The space This is a residential building. The house is on the first floor, and you only have to climb 7 steps to reach the front door. The garage is under the house and has an automatic door. Upon entering the house, we find a fully equipped kitchen with an American bar and two stools, all wrapped in an open space with enough space that joins the living room, which has a 1.40x200 sofa bed, a living room organizer with 50-inch Smart TV, a beautiful desk and a dresser where we have connected the free high-speed wifi for the entire house. Next, we find a general corridor, which leads to the bathroom, the inner courtyard and the bedrooms. The bathroom has a washer-dryer, and is recently equipped with a 50-liter water heater. The master bedroom has a 1.60x200 bed with storage drawers, a wardrobe, safe, and an iron for clothes with its board. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two 90x200 beds, a cute desk, and a closet. All beds have very good quality mattresses and bedding, which will guarantee the perfect rest for travelers. The decorative and lighting set of the entire house provides a warm and very pleasant atmosphere, highlighting the silence and tranquility, ideal for studying, working telematically or simply enjoying the stay in company. The home has aluminum windows, roller blinds and mosquito nets. It is also equipped with an SOS alarm, which immediately activates the emergency services in the event of a domestic accident by pressing a button. The location of the house is ideal for guests who intend to tour and get to know our island, as it is located in a strategic area to access the North-Center and South of the Island, in addition to its proximity to the capital of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Guest access The house is totally private, so the common areas are only used as a means of access. Other things to note For stays longer than a week, depending on the number of days, a change of bed linen and a change of hygiene linen will be provided for each user.
