"Il vecchio Pejl" Two-room apartment 1st floor

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. The accommodation is located in Salbertrand at 1035 m above sea level in the upper Susa Valley. It is located on the 1st floor of the "Vecchio Pejl", a historic house from the 1500s that belonged to the great-grandparents and was renovated over the years as a vacation home. The space The accommodation consists of: A small entrance with mirror and coat rack, Double room with 140x200 bed and bedside tables, 3-door high wardrobe + shelving column, chest of drawers and full-height mirror, Small bathroom with shower, window, cabinets and electric boiler, hand shower with mixer to make a bidet Living room, with adjoining kitchen, including a 140x190 sofa bed surmounted by a wooden structure with a 90x200 single bed, dining table, wall-mounted TV, sideboard column, bookcase, fireplace, French window for access to the balcony equipped with two chairs and a coffee table, Kitchen composed of fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas hob, multifunctional electric oven, stainless steel sink, filter hood, bases and wall units, dish rack. Washing machine, wooden trolley with microwave, dedicated window facing east. Guest access On the street there are intercoms and a door (to be kept locked) shared with other properties. The accommodation is accessed through a shared closed entrance hall that gives access to the internal stairs through a door of the property. From the same hallway you can access the basement where there is a delimited corner where you can store bicycles, boots, skis, etc. Crossing the door, on the left is the main electrical panel with the meters and switches and above the panel with the circuit breakers. The staircase (and hallway) light is timed. The accommodation is on the mezzanine floor. Other things to note Problem with Reviews Since January 2024, the legislation for taxation has changed and the only way (for us) to adapt was to redo the listings using the owner of the accommodation as the owner of the listing; unfortunately, in doing so, we lost the 2023 reviews. Before redoing the listings, I saved them and made them available to anyone who wants to read them. Strategic location for activities to be offered to children but a car is necessary. For those who love hiking (of any difficulty) it is the ideal starting point. Parking under the house; at most (there are only three available) nearby (max 50 meters) there are free parking lots.
