Purified water on tap! Fiber Optic WiFi ⚡️ 100 Mbps The space The penthouse, is a modern home with 3 bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms. It's very cozy and located in the quaint little beach town of Mal Pais, Costa Rica. Master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath, smart TV (Netflix ready) and ample closet space. It has sliding glass doors which open up to the pool view balcony. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom and smart TV as well. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and an amazing view from atop of the pool and garden. . All bedrooms have ceiling fans, screened windows, sheer and blackout roller shades. Beds have top quality linens, for a dreamy sleeping experience. Beach and pool towels are provided and daily housekeeping (optional) is included with your stay. Sliding glass doors practically take up the entire west facing part of the house which open up to an expansive balcony overlooking the tropics, pool and tiki hut. The balcony offers ample space to lounge in the shade, hang in the hammock or soak some rays in the hot/cold jacuzzi. In fact the balcony is an enjoyable living area and a perfect setup for alfresco dining. Take a walk down to the most amazing pool deck which has a giant tiki hut with an outdoor dining table, gas grill and hammocks to lazily lounge at. The giant tiki hut casts a perfect shade over the pool's bench seating and shallows, making it especially nice to cool off from mid day sun. Don't be surprised if a cute family of howler monkeys come hang out at the tree tops! Our fully fitted kitchen has granite counter tops and comes equipped with a 4 burner range, oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, toaster, toaster oven and blender. Not to mention plenty of glassware, serveware, pots/pans, cooking utensils and cutlery. Work remotely or stream seamlessly with 100 Mbps fiber optic WiFi. Separate WiFi network by the pool.
