The space ￫ Building This apartment is on the second floor of a building with no elevator. It is located on a very pleasant and tranquil living environment, but with easy access to all amenities and points of interest in the city. ￫ Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and closet and another with a single bed (convertible into two) and wardrobe, so you will have plenty of space to store and organize. Both have air conditioning and desks so you can work comfortably. ￫ Living/Dining Room You will find a cozy sofa and a Flat Screen TV so you can relax at the end of the day. There's a dining table for 4 to comfortably enjoy your meals. The air conditioning will allow you to climate the space to your liking! ￫ Kitchen A fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine (coffee not included). ￫ Balcony A small but pleasant balcony, ideal to enjoy your morning coffee and our warm weather. ￫ Bathroom The apartment has one modern bathroom with shower. Like many in this historic city, the building is old and presents some characteristic challenges, namely an outdated plumbing system. We recommend airing out the bathroom frequently to avoid typical odors. Other things to note ￫ The property is ''Self-Catered.'' Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - substitutions or replacements are not included. All other items must be purchased by the guest. ￫ Bed and Bath Linen is provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation only covers the check-out cleaning. Extra cleaning or additional linen changes may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. (additional cost of € 25 for check-ins after 10 p.m.). Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ According to Portuguese law, information about our guests' passports will be collected. ￫ Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. Upon departure, place the keys on the table. ￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property keys. Please avoid leaving keys in the lock or mailbox. If technical assistance is needed to open the door or if the keys and/or lock are damaged, the resulting costs of this service will be borne by the guest. In situations of key loss, a penalty will apply. ￫ The property has noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring everyone's peace of mind and comfort during their stay. ￫ A crib and high chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional charge. ￫ Monthly consumption above €150 will be charged separately.
