Room in the Heart of the Center

Great location, right in front of UFPR, Teatro Guaíra, Rua XV, museums, and more. The room is small and private, and the shared apartment has a beautiful view. Perfect for resting or getting ready for an event. Feel free to use the common areas, but home office or studying in the living/dining room isn't allowed—there are great cafés nearby for that. Paid parking is available next to the building. We provide a bath towel, blankets, pillows, oil, salt, sugar, and coffee filters. The space The apartment is spacious and quiet! We work from home in our rooms, always respecting the guest's space, but we're available if you need anything. Your room is right after the kitchen, in front of the laundry room. If you want to use the washing machine, there’s a fee of R$10 per use, which includes our quality products, such as detergent and fabric softener.
