Imagine your kids and dogs running around and playing here, while you unwind after a day of exploring. Imagine spending a romantic evening with a glass of wine or hot chocolate, by the fire table, with soft solar lights providing a relaxing atmosphere. On a clear night look up to see a starry sky. Milky Way is easy to see. Then, step inside your new home, where you’ll find all the basic conveniences of today’s life. Kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and K cup maker for your morning coffee or evening hot chocolate. We provide variety of coffee brews, teas, and hot chocolate. Cozy eat in area for a quick bite. Living space where you can curl up with a book or a loved one, watch your favorite show on 50" Hisense smart TV, play cards or a board game and enjoy togetherness in the intimate ambience created by the flickering glow and crackling of the electric fireplace. When you’re ready to rest, the king bed with 10" memory foam mattress lets you sink in and contours to your body, yet provides support for a good night's sleep. There's another 50" Hisense Smart TV in the bedroom if you like falling asleep with a TV on. Couch in the living room can easily be transformed into additional sleeping area. All the linens needed are in a marked storage bag in the closet and in the chaise portion of the couch which lifts up to open. This home is designed to enhance your vacation : - By providing waterproof and bedbug proof mattress and pillow encasements on all beds. - Our home has no carpet or rugs to reduce dust, dander and allergens - Local emergency contact to handle any issues during your stay - We support local small businesses through our cleaning, pest control and other maintenance providers - We are dog friendly and offer fully fenced in backyard ( We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Please note that a pet fee applies, and be sure to include all pets in your reservation ). - We provide a starter pack of essentials ( toilet paper, paper towels, soap and shampoo ) - No "laundry list" of chores prior to check out. We expect you to leave the property in orderly manner, but leave the cleaning to us. - Conveniently located - We understand that local tour schedules or flight times may make early check in or late check out more convenient. There's plenty, about 50' of additional parking available on the street for your boat, jetskis, RVs, 4 wheelers etc. Please park your toys along the property on Village Dr. Other things to note Your Smart Lock Access code and other important information will be sent to you before your check in. Please note, there are 3 security cameras on the exterior of the Guest house. One has the view of the driveway, the second one has the view on the outside of the gate, towards separate RV parking, third one has the view of the guest house backyard. All are motion activated and record audio and video for about 30 seconds . Life happens, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance. It's offered to you through Airbnb when completing your reservation. We'll be happy to cooperate with your travel insurance company in case you need to make a claim. Desert is home to critters, such as, but not limited to, rodents, lizards, spiders, scorpions, snakes, ants and flying and crawling insects, some of which are venomous. We are contracted with a pest control company for scheduled treatments, however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in or around the property. The presence of any such critters does not entitle the guest to a refund. Some of these critters are poisonous, please be mindful of your surroundings and watch your kids and pets closely. By participating in a confirmed reservation, all guests understand that they have permission to use the property and all its amenities, during the specified time period, at their own risk.
