With views of Launceston's surrounding mountains, our space is ideal for families and groups of friends with spacious rooms and plenty of seating inside and al-fresco. Whatever your reason to travel, this light-filled home is sure to tick all of the boxes for your visit to Launceston. The space Our modern and luxurious townhouse in Newstead has been cleverly designed and styled for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. On the top floor, you will find the master bedroom and ensuite, open plan kitchen- dining- living space as well as the outdoor balcony. The downstairs level contains the two other bedrooms, large bathroom and laundry. Bedroom two contains a king bed and bedroom three has a two single beds, one of which is a trundle (available on request). The apartment is designed to allow plenty of sun and natural light in. For the cooler months, the home is heated with a reverse cycle heating and cooling system as well as panel heaters. The mountain and city views from the apartment are beautiful and need to be seen to be truly appreciated. The garage with electric roller door is located on the top floor and has direct entry to the house. Parking is also available on the street. Guest access You will have access to the whole home. Other things to note A highchair and travel cot are available on request. The trundle bed in room three is only available on request.
