This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 700 sq. ft. The residence has a communal pool, is right on the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.) Main features include: - Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.) - Television / Cable TV - Wi-Fi internet - Air conditioning, Fans - Terrace / Balcony - Tropical garden - Kids friendly (with a separate pool section for kids) - Parking - On-site restaurant - Backup generator - On-site administration office - 24/7 security - Check-in with English speaking staff - Other units are available in this residence, for larger groups (or if you have any particular preference in terms of floor number, beds size etc.) A few house rules: - The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee, respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom, but make sure to register your guests before midnight). - Pets are allowed (dogs must be below 20 kg). - Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas. - Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence. - Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only). Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements. Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings (if you find a lower price, we will match it)! Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.
