Catskills Getaway Retreat! 10 Min to Belleayre!

Our home is a spacious & serene escape in the Catskills, 2.5 hours from NYC. Perfect for enjoying nature’s beauty & a memorable family fun vacation. Full 3 bedroom, 2 full bath on over 3 acres of open hillside, a partial forest & high peak views in a charming valley. A 10 minute drive to Belleayre ski resort & beach, farmers markets, restaurants, hiking & more. Stay in & relax with a BBQ, fire pit, ping pong table, trampoline, above-ground pool (in season), lawn, board games & even a treehouse! The space EXTERIOR: At the property you will have the entire place to yourself with over 3 acres of fully fenced outdoors. In the front yard you can take a dip in the large pool (in season), climb the treehouse and even enjoy the trampoline or a game of ping-pong. There is a front deck with a charcoal grill, a propane heater & a dining space that comfortably fits 6 that is perfect all year round. The back deck has a lounger plus a hammock for some quiet time. Plenty of parking for up to 4 cars. BEDROOMS & BATHS: All 3 bedrooms are furnished with king-size memory foam beds. The master bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet and an adjoining master bath with a jacuzzi and shower. Two additional guest bedrooms are at the opposite end of the house so couples traveling together can enjoy privacy when needed. The 2 bedrooms have dressers, closets equipped with a hamper and hangers. The second full bath is located on that side of the house. All linens and towels are provided as well as toiletries to make your packing a breeze. KITCHEN: The kitchen is a fully stocked kitchen for all of your baking and cooking needs and opens to the living and dining rooms. Wake up to fresh tea or coffee with an espresso machines, one drip coffee maker and variety of teas to choose from. DINING & LIVING ROOMS: The dining and living rooms are on opposite sides of the kitchen for easy gathering but also spreading out as needed. Catch the sunset from the dining room to unwind. There is access to the back deck from the dining room. The dining table seats 8. The living room has everything you need, from a fireplace to board games to TV with access to Netflix and Hulu. A glass sliding door leads to the front deck. Washer/Dryer available for guest use. Dogs are allowed but we charge an additional $55 cleaning fee per stay. We kindly ask that you make us aware of any pet joining you on your stay prior to your arrival. We do ask that dogs won't be allowed on the furniture, beds, couch and chairs. - For guests traveling with a pet: there are water and food bowls. - We ask that you clean up after your pet, both inside and outside of the property. Doggie waste bags can be found at the washer/dryer room. - Please refrain from leaving your pet unattended in the house. If you do leave, we ask that you crate your pet. - Please keep in mind TICK and flea prevention for your pet is a must in these parts of NY (especially if you are planning on enjoying some quality outdoor time) Generally check-in after 4:00pm and Check-out by 11:00am. We will do our best to accommodate, if possible, requests for early arrival or late checkout. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. The code for the keypad lock will be provided a couple of days before arrival. Other things to note - Please use the house amenities in a safe, responsible and respectful manner. -Please DO NOT tamper with any of the pool mechanicals, that includes but not limited to the pool pump/filter, pool skimmer, chlorine dispenser. The pool is being treated weekly and water levels are checked and balanced during the weekly maintenance. Tampering with the pool equipment will imbalance the water chemistry, impact the pool filtration and can be a health hazard. - During the winter months the company that plows out the driveway have a route that we are part of and thus snow might not be cleared first thing in the morning. - Do not leave a fire unattended. - For your comfort we do install portable AC units throughout the home during the warmer months. - If the umbrellas are being used for shade please close them up when not in use since we experience high winds sometime, which will blow the umbrella away if not closed. - Our property is nestled within the serene embrace of forests and pastures, offering guests an authentic experience of being one with nature. It is inherent to this natural setting that wildlife and various insects are present as part of the ecosystem. While we maintain routine pest control measures on both the exterior and interior of the property, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of wildlife or pests. Guests may encounter various forms of insects, both living and deceased, including but not limited to spiders, ants, wasps, and other regional fauna. The presence of these creatures is a normal part of life in a forested and pastured area and should not be interpreted as a sign of neglect or lack of cleanliness in the home.
