The space Our inviting property nestled in the heart of Langley, Berskshire! Our home boasts two generously-sized bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. There are no elevators in the building. Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment, except for the electrical cupboard and storage closets Other things to note Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests permitted to stay in the apartment is 4. Please do not exceed this limit, and inform me in advance about the number of guests staying, as there will be an additional charge of £100 per unauthorised guest. Before booking, please note that our listing is exclusively for registered guests. If you plan to have visitors who are not staying overnight, we kindly ask that you consider a different property that better suits your needs. For everyone's safety and security, our property is monitored by an external security camera. Adherence to this policy is essential, and non-compliance could result in immediate departure from the property and notification to Airbnb. No Commercial Photography or Filming: We do not allow any form of commercial photography or filming in the apartment. Personal photos for memories are fine, but please respect our privacy and do not use our home for professional purposes. No Smoking, Vaping, or E-Cigarettes: We have a strict no-smoking policy inside the apartment. This includes traditional cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices. If you must smoke, please do so outside in the open air and responsibly dispose of any waste. Quiet Hours: Please respect our quiet hours by not smoking, vaping, or using e-cigarettes during this time. We also ask that you keep noise levels down to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents and neighbours. PARKING INFORMATION🚗 Starting November 13, guests can park in spaces marked with a "V" for visitors without needing a parking permit. During check-in, guests will receive a parking permit for designated property parking bay, which must be returned in the provided plastic wallet at checkout to avoid a £35 replacement fee.
