Affordable Private Bedroom and Bath

Single bedroom with full size bed and private detached bathroom. Down the street from eagle point golf course. Perfect place to stay for an overnight pit stop or if visiting the area. Full access to the house: living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and backyard. I do work from home so I am at the house often, but out of the way. I have a very friendly dog, but he stays in my office or bedroom with me. So will not be in your way.
