Newly renovated in 2024, this property sleeps 4 adults and is just a 5 minute stroll from Broadway high street, where guests will find a fantastic selection of restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries. There are plenty of options for walking and other activities, it is the perfect location for those wanting to visit Broadway and/or explore other Cotswold centres nearby. The space GROUND FLOOR Kitchen - A fully equipped kitchen complete with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine - please note that the washing machine does not have a drying function, a clothes airer is provided. - Tea, coffee, hand soap, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets are provided for guests' convenience. Lounge - Including 2 large sofas and a dining table, comfortably seating 4 adults, it is the perfect place to sit back and relax after a day of exploring. - Sky TV and WIFI have been installed within the property for guest use. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom One - 1 x Double Bed Bedroom Two - 1 x King Sized Bed* *The king-sized bed can be split into two single beds if preferred. Please let us know when booking your stay. Both bedrooms have hanging space and storage space for clothes/luggage. Bathroom - Includes a bath, shower, sink and toilet. Shower gel, hand soap and toilet roll are provided. Garden - The property has a small enclosed garden which is half paved and half gravel. There are also plenty of beautiful walks in and around Broadway - dogs love it here too! Little Milestones is a traditional Cotswolds honey-coloured house, benefitting from two private parking spaces and an enclosed garden. The property is situated in a quiet residential road, there is a pathway to the rear of the property that takes you directly to the high street in approximately 5 minutes by foot. EPC: C Guest access The property is situated over two floors (ground and first), there are two small steps to gain access to the property - there is no access ramp installed at this time. There is one bathroom situated on the first floor and can only be accessed via the stairs. Other things to note 1. Strictly no smoking/vaping within or on the grounds of the property. 2. Please be courteous to neighbours and keep noise to a minimum past 11pm. 3. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on any of the furniture, including sofas. 4. No parties / loud music. 5. Please remove shoes before going upstairs. 6. Please leave the extractor fan in the bathroom on during and after showering. Additional Notes: Check in is from 3pm and check out is by 10am - if you require further flexibility, please contact us in advance of your stay. We always do our best to accommodate requests, however this cannot be guaranteed. Any breakages / damage caused by guests or pets will be charged back to the person noted on the booking - we understand that sometimes accidents can happen, please ensure any breakages are reported to us immediately as our housekeeping team complete an inventory after each stay.
