Bright, cozily furnished attic apartment, centrally located, well connected to public transport, shopping nearby. Public parking is available in the immediate vicinity. For 1-2 people, well suited for a longer stay, also for working. However, it can accommodate up to 4 people: a double bed, a single bed (including an extra bed). A small child's crib is available on request. Seating in the garden with grill available. The space Upon entering, you come directly into the living room, which gives cozy light into the living area through a window overlooking the Rebberg or the skylight. At the living table you can eat, play and also work. For relaxation, you can sit comfortably next to it on the couch. The kitchen is simple, but offers all the possibilities for cooking. In addition, a coffee maker, a kettle and a microwave are available. The larger bedroom is equipped with a large double bed as well as built-in closets. The smaller bedroom has a chest of drawers as well as a single bed, but underneath it has an additional bed. In both rooms you have a view through the windows into the rear of the house with a view over the rooftops of Wettingen. The bathroom has recently been modernized. There is also a washing machine in it. It also has a clothes rack, ironing board and iron. Parking is available right next to the house. We have organized parking cards with the residential community and can be provided for little money (daily and monthly permits). Guest access The main entrance door leads to the stairs. The apartment is on the second floor. When the weather is nice, it is worth staying in the garden behind the house. Other things to note The keys for accessing the house are stored outside to the left of the front door in a key box on the floor. One key is for the main entrance door, the other for the apartment access. Shortly before arrival, I will also provide the code. In the apartment, the waste can be separated as follows: A main waste bin for normal waste. A bucket for green waste and a bucket for PET bottles/cans/glass bottles. For longer stays: The green waste can be disposed of next to the house in the large green container. The fee-based bags can be placed on the curb on Thursdays. And the bottles etc. can be disposed of in several places in Wettingen. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.
