Cozy Upstairs Apartment

Upstairs unit with 2 bedroom in historic home. 1 Queen size, 1 full bed , tub and walk in shower. 2 fold out sofas and 50 inch smart tv, stereo, & work space. Small kitchenette: electric stove, fridge freezer, washer and dryer, and standard coffee maker. Quick and easy to find and just off a main street! The space Details : Entrance to gate on side of house. There are porch steps up to the door, and a staircase once inside. Ample off street parking and off street drive way available on the other side. Other gate there if preferred. There is a side yard and covered porch with chairs to take use of and smoke outside. Chimenea and Grill Strict no smoking inside, smoke any where you want outside. Thank you! Guest access Entrance along fence with gate entrance and 2 steps off of 6th street. Ample parking as corner building on commercial, residential line. In gate, then there is 6 step wooden porch up to the door, then a 12 step staircase up into the apartment. Other things to note Here are quirks that have been an issue and took note: Jacuzzi Tub is fantastic but please note it takes about 10+ minuets, to sometimes 15, to prefill the tub, enough to submerge the jets under the water line. The water is low pressure when its filling. Apartment size washer and dryer is good for smaller loads. Please do not worry about doing any laundry that is not expected. Building has central heating and AC, although control of building thermostat not in unit. Temp is roughly 68- 70 degrees. Each bedroom has its own window AC unit along with multiple fans, space heaters in season. There are 2 refrigerators, but the one on the left is a refrigerator, and the one on the right is the freezer. They look identical.
