This place is the epitome of a Caribbean getaway! Nothing beats the view from this penthouse. A tastefully decorated balcony with wooden furniture and cacti located on top of the world, looking out to the sea and surrounding lush gardens. The penthouse is within a secure gated community. Astonishing & unique to find such a classy place right by 5th Ave. and the beach, having a comfortable park right at your doorstep. 1st class penthouse, ocean view, beach & garden. Only avail. 2 months/ year! The space The penthouse has a 180 degree view of the ocean and the gardens and is only available to rent during november and december of each year. The owners spend most their time travelling and stay here for a few months each year when visiting the Caribbean! You can choose to sip your morning coffee on any of the three available balconies that all have a view to the garden below and the ocean which is only 50 meters from the building with direct access. The master bedroom has one medium sized balcony with handsome cacti, from where a loving couple in the evening can share the view and have some private/ romantic time. The living room/ seating area has a small balcony with two chairs. The main, big balcony has a dining table for 6, a BBQ and 2 hammocks, making it the primary meeting place for its four guests. You will most likely have all your meals here, although you can also make use of this fantastic place playing board games. Whoever is in the kitchen preparing meals, will never feel excluded but will instead participate at all times in the fun because of its open cleverly designed space. Walking down the stairs from the penthouse, you have a small private park right at the doorstep. Crossing it (50 meters), you are at the beach! No random people, no cars, nothing. Only mother nature between the apartment and the beach. Both the kitchen and the living room have been strategically set up to allow a continuous view of the ocean, no matter where you stand or what task you're doing.
