A designated space is provided as an uncovered parking spot (additional space for other vehicles or trailers available with 50-Amp hookups can be arranged upon request, at an additional charge). - Step into the camper, where rustic cherry hardwood and delightful farm-themed décor create a warm ambiance. Enjoy seamless connectivity with high-speed internet for effortless online access. - Fully equipped kitchenette includes a 3-burner propane stovetop, original 22” gas oven, 30” microwave, large fridge & freezer, double sink, coffee maker, plates, bowls, silverware, pots & pans. - Dining Room: Banquet Table w/Leaf, (2) Rounded High Back Dinette Chairs, (2) Folding Dinette Chairs. - Entertainment/Living area features a 40” HD LCD TV (with a Roku SmartTV device - Must have your own subscription and login information for use streaming app). (2) Wall Hugger Recliners w/Sprung Seating. A super comfortable Sofa that converts into a Queen-size bed with a memory foam topper. A 60” Hidden Executive Desk w/storage, and an easy-to-use 5100 BTU Electric Fireplace. - The bedroom includes: 1 Queen-sized bed with a large closet, dresser space, and shoe-rack built-in, additional bedding, clothes hangers, and a laundry basket. A 26” HD LCD TV, and a phone charging cords beside the bed. - The full petite bathroom with a one-piece fiberglass shower (cold and hot water), Heat & A/C Duct in the bathroom, super soft hotel-quality bath towels, and other necessary amenities/toiletries. Keep in mind that RV toilets are built differently, you’d be asked to follow specific instructions for proper use. - The laundry closet is equipped with compact washer and dryer units, perfect for light loads. Complimentary laundry detergent and other cleaning products are provided for your convenience. - Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy cozy mornings with your morning coffee in the heart of nature, and when the sun goes down campfires are made easy under starlit night sky. Additionally, in the barn, two 12'X12' horse stalls and a 1.5+ acre fenced pasture for grazing are available for rent at an additional charge. Furthermore, the unit is connected to a power backup generator, ensuring an uninterrupted electricity supply in case of unforeseen outages. *We live and operate on the property, so people may be present at times, but will not interfere with your stay. *Please consider that you are reserving a listing located in the country, it is not unusual to see an occasional insect or small Tennessee wildlife (including Stuart Little on very rare occasions) during your visit. If this is an issue for you or anyone in your party please do not make a reservation. *There could be occasional maintenance issues and we will always resolve them in the quickest timeframe possible. *Tree Service, Woodshop, and Sawmill Operation. As you can see in our aerial pictures, we operate a woodshop and sawmill on the property. Our operations are sporadic, however, there is the possibility that you will hear associated noises. This machinery is always operated during the day and is not loud enough to disturb you during your stay. You may see our Tree Service crew members early in the morning and/or in the evening as they begin and finish the workday, however, they will never interfere with your stay. - City of Lakeland License N#1001602428
